We at The Antique Treasure (Tat Journals) are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy will guide you through the process of returning items and receiving a refund.
Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way will not be eligible for a return.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Sale items
Return Process
- Initiate Return: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at twc018@gmail.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
- Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Try to find the cheapest option available for shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Inspection and Approval: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds
- Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our customer service at twc018@gmail.com with details of the defect or damage.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order will be processed and cannot be cancelled.
